Sophia always loved to dance as a young child and eventually started her training in ballet at the age of eight. She then began to train in various styles including jazz, musical theatre, hip hop, and contemporary. She began to dance competitively at both a regional and national level. Through dance she has learned to appreciate the many capabilities of the human body and to be grateful for what we can do no matter where we are in our practice. With over 10 years of dance experience, she has learned to incorporate dance into everyday life and fitness.
